Morcilla, a Pittsburgh gem renowned for its authentic Basque flavors, has earned a spot on the esteemed OpenTable's Top 100 Restaurants in America for 2024. This accolade sets Morcilla apart as the only Pittsburgh restaurant to make the list this year. 

This Spanish-themed establishment, nestled in the heart of Lawrenceville at 3519 Butler Street, has been tantalizing taste buds since 2015. Its kitchen reigning under the expert guidance of Chef Justin Severino, Morcilla has consistently received praise and accolades from renowned outlets such as Pittsburgh Magazine and Bon Appetit, and even secured a nomination for Best New Restaurant in 2016 from the James Beard Foundation.

Morcilla's top-notch dining experience is shaped by an impressive selection of small plates, charcuterie, and family-style servings. Some fan favorites include scallop crudo, beef tartare, and the intriguing arroz con pitu de caleya - a delightful roasted chicken dish boasting cider and Calasparra rice. The star, however, is the smoked beef short rib that has customers raving.
