Well, you hate to see that prime real estate go unused. My fear was that interest in this key landing pad might have faded with the Esplanade development across the other side of the river. But, hey, how can you not have an entertainment area at the bottom of the incline and Mt. Washington? Somebody will make this space what it used to be.
