In a recent article published by Pittsburgh Business Times, reporter Jake Dabkowski confirmed that popular local dining spot, Eat'n Park, issued a cease and desist letter to a St. Louis bakery. The issue arose over alleged similarities between the bakery's cookies and Eat'n Park's recognizable "Smiley" cookie.
