Owners Ken "Sonny" Siebert and his wife, Judy Siebert, first opened the doors to Seib's Pub & Restaurant in November 2004. Since then, they believe they have made so many great friends along the way.

Their kitchen is operated by the youngest son, Cory. His goal is to prepare food with fresh ingredients, homemade recipes, and that "little something extra" that makes it delicious. All five of Sonny and Judy's children are involved in the business and all work together to make Seib's a great neighborhood pub.
