As a resident of Ross Township, I will say I am at this shopping plaza quite a bit. I live a short commute away in the Berkeley Hills / Kinvara area of Ross Township.
This shopping plaza is well kept, safe, and highly practical for Ross residents that live nearby. Located conveniently near a major intersection along McKnight Rd., close to many Ross neighborhoods, but that convenience will take a little getting used to for those new Ross Township.
Some folks driving across from McKnight Rd. will mistakenly think the best turn-in is from across from the Post Office, a little up the hill, and down from Holy Cross Academy. Unfortunately, this often results in a car stopping and waiting for the downhill traffic to pass, and thus backing traffic up across the busy, impatient McKnight Rd. intersection. The smarter option is there is a less used entry on the corner along McKnight Rd. Use that one and you can get in and out quicker.
The property is well kept and the management is dedicated to keeping it current as it underwent a facade renovation in 2020 and 2021. Not that it was in real need of a refresh, but that shows to us that the owners want to keep it looking snappy!
The plaza scores are high for practicality. You got a Walgreens, Starbucks, UPS store - you can get a lot done here, and eat too at Italian Villiage Pizza, and other restaurants. The Alladin's is a real distinguishing dining option in the North Hills too. One of the latest additions to the offerings at McKnight - Siebert shopping plaza is a Volofit fitness center, which sets this plaza about as a multifunctional neighborhood lifestyle center.
