About Trace Brewing

Established in 2020 by founder Dave Kushner, Trace Brewing blends traditional and innovative brewing techniques. They offer a variety of beer styles, including IPAs, lagers, sours, and saisons, ensuring there’s something for every palate. One unique aspect of Trace is its koelschip brewing system, allowing for wild and spontaneously fermented beers, a rarity in the Pittsburgh brewing scene​
