Pines Plaza could use a fresh coat of paint, but who are we to complain? There is a wonderful variety of unique stores at this shopping plaza in the North Hills. For starters, you have a bowling alley, a real book store, a carpet park, and a truly unique hobby and gaming store, which really set this plaza apart from many others in the North Hills area. The bowling lane and carpet park, as well as a gym, are located around the back, and this is where it would be nice to see things get jazzed up a bit. Dumpsters dotting the back storefronts create somewhat of a ramshackle appearance, but again, this is all outweighed by the practicality and variety of the stores you have at your disposal. It is not lost on us that if Pines Plaza were super swanky-looking, then you might price out the stores we like so much that call Pines Plaza home. So, while we may fret about the overall design and appearance, on the whole, there is much to like about this shopping plaza.
