Lincoln Avenue Brewery is a small local craft brewery featuring in-house-made beer, cocktails, and local-sourced fresh fare made in their itchen. They are located along Lincoln Ave. in Bellevue.

Grant and Lisa, high school sweethearts from Bellevue, have raised three kids—Shane, Tori, and Bethany—on Lincoln Avenue Brewery. The entire family has been drawn into the business as it is a true labor of love for them all. Moreover, they now consider their staff to be part of their larger extended family too!

For over a decade, the Saylors have nurtured their dream of owning and operating an eatery. But life's responsibilities intervened; Grant spent his time in both military service and various corporate roles while Lisa devoted herself to nursing care. In spite of this, they still found ways to invest significantly in their community during these years as they raised their children.

In 2019, an opportunity presented itself for the Saylors when a dentist's office on Lincoln Avenue became vacant. Being from Bellevue, they had fond memories of this spot, as it used to house Sheet’s Chicken and later Baskin Robbins. Despite its aged condition with water-stained drop ceilings and outmoded exam chairs, the couple saw potential in this place beyond what met their eyes.

After years of dreaming, they were finally able to witness the realization of a shared community space. Countless hours of volunteer work were devoted to revamping this special space, and in appreciation for their dedication - beer! It was never part of the initial plan, but when a worldwide pandemic hit that caused extreme harm to the restaurant industry, these dedicated individuals provided unwavering support.

For many years, Grant has been crafting beer in his own home - at first against Lisa's wishes due to the distinct smell of fermentation. Through his dedication and hard work he was able to hone his talent for brewing with invaluable support from a vibrant community of brewers. Whether they are customers who reconnect with beloved acquaintances over dinner or newcomers meeting pals at the bar, they have succeeded in crafting an atmosphere of fellowship befitting Bellevue's core value.
