Howard's Tavern is a long-standing family-owned classic neighborhood bar located along Center Ave. in West View. They serve a wide variety of bottled and draft beer, plus comfort pub-style sandwiches and more. Locals like the friendly nature of the staff, the more than reasonable prices, and have pointed out this is a great place to hang and catch up with family. This is also a great bar to walk to after or before a North Hills Indians football game for a cold beer or two. 

According to their website, Howard's is a 3rd generation owned family business. Started by the grandparents of the current owners in 1962, today's owners are proud of the legacy of this local bar and that they can keep it going strong today. The current owners credit their parents for doing an amazing job of showing them the ropes so they can continue to serve delicious food and refreshing beverages to families in the West View, Ross, and greater North Hills area.
