After a morning of exploring the artsy crafts, chic boutiques, and unique shops along Penn Ave in Pittsburgh's Strip District, it was time to switch gears and dive into something a bit more my style. That's how I found myself at Lefty's, a quintessential dive bar almost hidden among street vendors peddling t-shirts and assorted tchotchkes.

Lefty's is the kind of place that thrives on not caring much about ambiance, which ironically creates its own sort of charm.
