Showed up after 10 mins of direction- the property was across the street from their office… and because we aren’t aware of traditional processes for sale of home, simply picking up paperwork from the borough, the owner Bob yelled at me, told his techs to leave without doing any work, and sent my calls to voicemail unwilling to man up and conduct business. He is extremely unprofessional, cocky and goes out of his way to alienate clients. With many many other plumbers in the area, do no choose Starr plumbing.
